Do you offer payment plans?

We are now accepting Vet billing for services which you apply for in clinic. We also accept Care credit.

Do you see walk-ins?

We do not accept walk-ins, if you have an emergency, please call the clinic at 507-332-0716.

What species do you see?

We only see cats and dogs at our clinic, please refer to our resources tab for clinics that see other species.

Do you trim nails?

Yes, we offer nail trims as long as the pet is current on an exam with one of our doctors.

What are your hours?

Our hours are Monday through Friday 8 am- 5 pm.

Do you offer boarding, grooming, or daycare?

We do not offer these services at our clinic.

How do I make an appointment?

How do I order medication refills?

To refill a medication, you can request on PetDesk or call the clinic during business hours at 507-332-0716. You can also use our online pharmacy. Please allow 24 hours for us to prepare prescriptions

How do I refill a prescription diet?

To refill a prescription diet, you can order online (we offer hills to home for Hills Pet Nutrition) or stop in the clinic. Please call the clinic in advance to ensure we have your diet in stock. You can also use our online pharmacy. Please allow 24 hours for us to prepare prescriptions

When should my pet be spayed or neutered?

The general recommendation is around 6 months of age, however, you may ask your doctor at your exam for your specific pet. It is recommended to wait longer for large breed dogs.

How do I prepare my pet for surgery?

To prepare your pet for surgery, do not feed after 10 pm the night before (water is okay). Your pet can be dropped off between 7:30-8 am the morning of surgery.

I just adopted a new pet, now what?

Please obtain prior vet records for your new family member. These records can be emailed to us or brought to your first appointment. Schedule an appointment to establish care and ensure that your pet is in good health. You can also find resources under our kitten and puppy guides.

How often does my pet need an exam?

Your pet needs to come in every year for an exam in order for us to update vaccinations and prescribe any medications. It is a legal requirement for us to help your pet.

Do you perform at home euthanasia?

We do not provide at home euthanasia services.
